Do Learner-Centered Technology Teaching Approaches Improve Student Understanding?

The experimental group will be taught using WebQuests and student-generated activities while a second class will receive more traditional teacher-directed learning. The Pretest-Posttest Control-Group design format will be used. The control group will receive traditional methods of curriculum delivery and the experimental group will receive curriculum using technology assisted student-centered assignments. The experimental group will receive a series of technology based WebQuests, games, and projects while the control group will receive more traditional teacher-directed information.
